These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding (a) employees of EMMI UK LIMITED or its holding or subsidiary companies; (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

2. The promotion opens on 00:00 04.04.2022 and closes on 23:59 10.07.2022. Any entries received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.

3. Internet access and a valid email address are required.

4. Purchase necessary except for residents of Northern Ireland.

How to enter

5. Purchase any promotional pack of Onken Natural Set, 500g.

6. Visit www.onken.co.uk/giveaway for full details and enter name, email and 6 digit unique code from inside label.

7. No purchase necessary (NPN) route for residents of Northern Ireland. Northern Ireland residents can send a correctly stamped letter detailing their full name, postal address and email address to the following address: Onken Getaway NPN, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead HP1 1GY. Entries to other postal addresses will not be accepted. One entry per envelope. The Promoter’s agency will send the NI entrant a unique code to the email address detailed and NI resident can enter the Promotion with a fair and equal chance of winning. All NPN entries must be received by 03.07.2022 in order to receive a unique code prior to the close date of the promotion.

8. Each promotional code is unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once, use codes from non-promotional packs, or the use of any codes not intended for use in this promotion, may result in disqualification and all such entries will be declared void.

9. Entries made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

Main Prize

10. 1 x holiday voucher to be redeemed with Active Consultancy Ltd (“Prize Supplier”) for a holiday up to the value of £10,000.

11. 1 winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries during the promotion period using a verifiably random computer process within 3 working days of the end of the promotion period.

12. The Promoter will send full details of the random computer process used to pick the winners to anyonewho emails onkengetaway@promotioncustomerservices.com within one month after the closing date of the promotion requesting details.

Main Prize winner notification

13. The winner be contacted via email using the email address used to enter within 2 working days of winner selection and will be required to respond to accept the prize and confirm eligibility (this may include proof of age, contact phone number and address details for future correspondence). The prize must be accepted within 14 days of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, is ineligible or unable to take their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner. If a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve selected in the same manner as detailed in clause 11. Reserve winners may have less time to respond. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account, including their junk and spam folders, during this time in case they are a winner.

Main Prize – additional information and delivery

14. Once the winner has accepted the prize and after the completion of any verification process, they will be sent an eVoucher to the email address they used to enter the promotion within 5 days.

15. On receipt of the eVoucher the winner can book a phone consultation with the Prize Supplier to arrange their holiday. Details of how to do this will be included on the eVoucher. During the consultation the Prize Supplier will discuss the winner’s requirements in order to put together a tailored holiday package.

16. The holiday will be up to the value of £10,000 and must include at least one food related experience.

17. There are no restrictions on when the winner can travel (for example Christmas, New Year, Easter or bank holidays), however, the winner should be aware that the time of travel may impact on the holiday package proposed by the Prize Supplier due to higher travel and accommodation costs during peak periods.

18. Maximum party size 8. Some activities may have age restrictions. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that all information requested regarding the travel party is correct.

19. The eVoucher can only be redeemed against a single holiday. There is no cash alternative for the prize in part or in full. Any remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash.

20. The holiday must be booked within 12 months of the winner receiving the eVoucher.

21. Travel insurance is recommended and can be booked via the Prize Supplier as part of the prize or can be arranged by the winner. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct insurance policy for the holiday booked.

22. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure all their party will have passports with at least 6 months’ validity and appropriate visas and other travel documents (if required) for their holiday package and comply with all applicable Covid regulations and testing requirements.

23. There is no cash spending or subsistence allowance included as part of the prize. If any meals are included these will be detailed within the holiday package.

24. Once the winner has agreed the holiday package with the Prize Supplier they will be emailed their booking confirmation including the full terms and conditions (including cancellation / amendment policy) of their holiday package. As the holiday package is tailored for the winner, these terms and conditions will be specific to the holiday package chosen and should be read carefully and in full before accepting.

26. All Swan cookware prize colours are subject to availability. If a colour is not available the Promoter reserves the right to exchange for an alternative colour.

Online Instant Win Prizes Winner Selection

27. Winners will be determined by a secure and automatic computer-generated algorithm that produces verifiably random results. Each entrant’s chance of winning is based on the promotional volume of 2,200,000 vs the number of Online Instant Win prizes to be given away at the start of the promotion. This percentage chance of winning will not decrease across the promotional period. The number of prizes won will be (statistically) dependent on participation rates. Wins will be allocated independently by the system using an algorithm. Although all prizes will be available to be won, there is no guarantee that they will all be won.

28. Winners will be notified instantly on screen of the prize they have won and will be required to enter their postal address in order to accept the prize and for delivery. Winners will then receive an email confirmation of their prize.

29. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days from winner notification and the completion of any verification process. Prizes will be delivered by recorded mail requiring a signature (COVID restrictions permitting). In the unlikely event that the Prize doesn’t arrive within this 28-day period, a winner will have a further 7 days to inform the Promoter by emailing onkengetaway@promotioncustomerservices.com. In the event that a winner does not inform the Promoter within this 7-day time frame, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the prize at its sole discretion.

General terms and conditions

35. All Prizes and the Reward are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prizes, or the Reward, are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize, or Reward, for it, of equal or greater value.

36. Data Protection: The personal data provided by entrants to the Promoter will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Online Instant Win and non-winning Main Prize entrant data will be stored for 3 months after the close of the promotion before deletion. Main Prize winner data will be deleted three months after completion of their holiday. The Main Prize Supplier’s Privacy Policy is available at https://www.activeconsultancy.com/privacy. 37. It is the responsibility of entrants to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of any prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery/fulfilment of their prize.

38. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, illegible, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

39. If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, any affected entrants will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion or offer.

40. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to events outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries (this includes, without limitation, by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion). If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

41. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all winners including but not limited to asking for address and ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw offer entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.

42. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of residence of the main prize winner to anyone who emails onkengetaway@promotioncustomerservices.com within three months after the closing date of the promotion.

43. If you object to your surname or county of residence being made available, please contact the Promoter onkengetaway@promotioncustomerservices.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

44. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury or death due to negligence, and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

45. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a claimant’s participation.

46. The Promoter’s decision in all promotional matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

47. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

48. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.

49. The Promotion and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to the law of England and Wales. Any disputes must be referred to the English and Welsh courts. Consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts.
